Group Details:

We keep our group sizes intentionally small to foster intimate, safe, and meaningful experiences. Each adventure requires a minimum of 4 participants to run, with a maximum of 10 to 13 travelers depending on the destination and park or trail regulations. This approach allows us to maintain the quality of your journey while respecting the places and landscapes we explore.

Accommodations:

All accommodations, including camping, are based on double occupancy. If you’re traveling with another person, you’ll be paired together. If traveling solo, we will pair you with another guest based on comfortability and/or gender identity. If you prefer single accommodations, a single supplement fee will apply, varying by the type of accommodation. Please note that single accommodations are limited and subject to availability.

Upon signing up for your adventure, trip information and participant paperwork will be provided. Thirty days prior to your adventure you will receive your final Adventure Packet with all trip details and a Be Wyld guide will host a virtual information night to introduce themselves, go through the planned itinerary, and answer any remaining questions.
