REQUEST A PROPOSAL
Ready for the adventure of a lifetime? Once you have an idea for your adventure, fill out the Proposal Request Form below with as much information as possible – where you want to go, when, how long you want to be there, and what activities interest you – and we will get to work!

Step 4:
receive your trip details
Receive your Adventure Packet which includes a detailed itinerary with day-to-day logistics, reservation details, maps, insights into hidden gem activities, and our guide's personal recommendations – all the info you need to have an incredible experience! Then, jump on a virtual call with your Be Wyld expert to review your Adventure Packet and ask any lingering questions.

Step 2:
Conversation with Be Wyld
After receiving your proposal request, a Be Wyld expert will call you within 48 hours for a free 20-min planning session. In this session, we will gather more information and get a better idea of what kind of adventure you are looking for.

*To receive an initial proposal, there is a mandatory, non-refundable $35 planning fee. If you end up booking with Be Wyld this fee will be applied to your final balance.

Armed with your Adventure Packet and insider information, enjoy your adventure knowing that Be Wyld experts have handled all the details!

Receive Custom Itinerary
Be Wyld experts share a custom-designed proposal based on our initial discussions with you. We meet to discuss the proposal and make any adjustments necessary. Together we develop a final itinerary for your amazing adventure.

TIMING
When planning an epic wilderness adventure, the old adage, “the earlier the better” definitely rings true. With the visitation to America’s National Parks and public lands increasing tremendously, planning an unforgettable adventure is getting harder and harder. These days hotels/campsites, hiking permits, and adventure activities are booked out 6 months to a year (or more) in advance.
To ensure your trip checks all your bucketlist boxes, it’s best to give us – and yourself – as much time to plan an unforgettable experience as possible. We recommend contacting our experts at least 7 months in advance of your travels in order to make the proper bookings to make all your wyldest dreams come true.

With that said, we know as well as anybody that life is busy and sometimes things get put on the back burner – so the next best time to reach out is NOW! Fill out a Proposal Request and let our experts show you what they can do!
PRICING
Putting together an epic itinerary takes time; in fact, it takes lots of time. Researching to ensure the trip is perfect, early mornings competing for the best campgrounds/ hotels, acquiring special use permits, and making reservations for adventure activities is just the start. Our experts work tirelessly to plan your custom adventures and we hope to compensate them fairly.
Below you will find our pricing guide based on the timing of your trip.

12+ - 9 Months: $350 base + 15% of trip total

9 - 7: $350 base + 20% of trip total

6 - 5: $500 base + 30% of trip total

Less than 4 months: we will work with you to figure out what is fair and affordable

The shorter the time we have to plan your adventure, the more time and energy goes into ensuring the trip meets your and our expectations. If you have any questions about our rates please don’t hesitate to contact us as we want to be as transparent as possible!
